How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin.
2. Remove the paper backing from one side of the patch.
3. Place and smooth the patch over a comfortable area of the chest or back.
4. Once a day or night for 8-10 hours at a time.

When using please ensure that you avoid contact with the eyes and nose. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
