How to Use

1. Remove one patch at a time from the backing paper
2. Apply the calm patches to temples, behind the ears or wherever you seek relief. For headaches, it can also be effective to apply a patch one inch above the space between the big and second toe on top of the foot
3. After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two with your fingers to further release the herbs
4. Enjoy. We hope it gives you a bit more peace
5. Each patch can be effective for 12 hours
